1 in 2 Pakistanis (52%) opine that working women tend to neglect their families, especially the children.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 1 in 2 Pakistanis (52%) opine that working women tend to neglect their families, especially the children.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statement: Working women often neglect family especially children.” In response to this question, 24% said strongly agree, 28% said somewhat agree, 22% said neither agree nor disagree, 16% said somewhat disagree and 6% said strongly disagree. 4% did not know or did not wish to respond
