3 in 5 Pakistanis (60%) believe that travel in the country is safe (very/fairly). 12% say very unsafe.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 3 in 5 Pakistanis (60%) believe that travel in the country is safe (very/fairly). 12% say very unsafe.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “How would you describe travel in this country?” In response to this question, 23% said it is very safe, 37% said it is fairly safe, 25% said it is fairly unsafe, 12% said it is very unsafe while 3% did not know or did not wish to respond.
