3 in 5 Pakistanis (60%) trust the neighborhood mosque to provide accurate Iftar timings.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 3 in 5 Pakistanis (60%) trust the neighborhood mosque to provide accurate Iftar timings.

 A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked “What is the most reliable source to get Iftar timings from?” In response to this question, 60% said sound of Azan from neighborhood Mosque, 26% said siren, 10% said Azan on TV, while 4% did not know or did not wish to respond.
