37% of Pakistanis are jubilant over Saudi aid to overcome financial crisis, 28% are displeased about it, while 31% remain indifferent.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 37% of Pakistanis are jubilant over Saudi aid to overcome financial crisis, 28% are displeased about it, while 31% remain indifferent.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked “Recently on his return from Saudi Arabia, Imran Khan announced that Saudi government has agreed to give oil and monetary aid to Pakistan to overcome the financial crisis. How did you feel about this news? “In response to this question, 37% said they felt happy, 28% said they felt unhappy, 31% said they neither felt happy nor unhappy while 4% did not know or did not respond to the question.
