Accountability in the criminal justice system: Half urban Pakistanis (45%) opine that Pakistani courts guarantee all the rights to a fair trial. Only 23% believe that police respects basic rights of suspects.

According to the findings of the World Justice Project Report on The Rule of Law in Pakistan based on a Gallup Pakistan Survey in urban Pakistan, Pakistanis opine there is a lack of overall accountability in criminal justice system in Pakistan.
