Aid Impact: 43% Pakistanis believe that Saudi aid will leave a positive imprint on the economy, 30% think it will have an adverse impact.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 43% Pakistanis believe that Saudi aid will leave a positive imprint on the economy, 30% think it will have an adverse impact.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked “Some people think that taking aid from Saudi Arabia will have a positive impact on our economy while others think it will have a negative impact. What do you think about this?” In response to this question, 43% said it will have a positive impact, 30% said negative impact, and 24% said no difference while 3% did not know or respond to the question.
