Car Manufacturing: 53% Pakistanis prefer cars manufactured in Japan over those manufactured in America, Britain or Russia.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 53% Pakistanis prefer cars manufactured in Japan over those manufactured in America, Britain and Russia.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Suppose you win a car and you can pick which one you want from four cars of the same size parked in front of you. The first car was manufactured in Japan, the second in America, the third in Britain, and the fourth in Russia. Which car would you prefer?” In response, 53% said they would prefer the one manufactured in Japan, 16% said the one manufactured in America, 15% said the one manufactured in Britain, 4% said the one manufactured in Russia, and 3% said other. 9% said that they did not know or wish to respond.
