Culture: A vast majority of Pakistani males (92%) claim they wear Shalwar Kameez; on the other hand, 6% say they never wear Shalwar Kameez.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, a vast majority of Pakistani males (92%) claim they wear Shalwar Kameez; on the other hand, 6% say they never wear Shalwar Kameez.

A nationally representative sample of men from across the four provinces was asked, “Do you wear Shalwar Kameez or not?” In response, 92% said yes and 6% said no. 2% said they did not know or wish to respond.
