Eating Habits: Only 16% Pakistanis say they have their meals on a dining table.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, only 16% Pakistanis say they have their meals on a dining table.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Where do your family members usually have food?” In response, 32% said on a spread on the floor, 27% said on a chaarpai/bed, 25% said wherever there is space, and 16% said on a dining table.
