Just over half Pakistanis (55%) believe that women tend to break more easily than men under stressful conditions.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, just over half Pakistanis (55%) believe that women tend to break more easily than men under stressful conditions.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statement: In stressful conditions, women give up more easily than men.” In response to this question, 27% said strongly agree, 28% said somewhat agree, 23% said neither agree nor disagree, 14% said somewhat disagree and 5% said strongly disagree. 3% did not know or wish to respond.
