On sleeping: 41% Pakistanis claim that they sleep for 8 hours on average in a day.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 41% Pakistanis claim that they sleep for 8 hours on average in a day.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Please tell us, approximately how many hours on average do you sleep in a day?” In response, 7% said that they sleep for less than 6 hours, 11% said 6 hours, 16% said 7 hours, 41% said 8 hours, 14% said 9 hours, 10% said more than 9 hours and only 1% said that they did not know or did not wish to respond.
