1 in 4 Pakistanis claim that they have attended a wedding in the past 2 months during COVID-19 (Gallup & Gilani Pakistan Coronavirus Perception Tracker)

Islamabad, August 26th, 2020

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 24% Pakistanis claim that they have attended a wedding in the past 2 months during COVID-19.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Have you attended a wedding in past 2 months?” In response to this question,76% said they had not attended a wedding during in the past two months while 24% said they had attended a wedding.
