A significant majority of Pakistanis (88%) say they will send their children to school if they reopen – 15% increase since June (Gallup & Gilani Pakistan Coronavirus Perception Tracker)

Islamabad, 15th September, 2020

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, A significant majority of Pakistanis (88%) say they will send their children to school if they reopen – 15% increase since June.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statements: ‘I will send my children back to school if they reopen’?” In response to this question, 88% agree, 10% disagree and 2% did not know/did not respond.
